CARIGNANE
Testa Vineyards are 80 years old dry farmed vines (no irrigation). This is our best effort yet for this
wine. Deep ruby color, bold and ripe fruit flavors, lingers long on the mid-palate and calls out for porcini mushrooms and
onions, Tandoori chicken, or pepper steak. 13.5% alcohol. 660 cases produced.
ALBARELLO

vine An immense wine made in the tradition of old world vintners from the last century - Albarello is a field blend
consisting of Zin (40%) and Petite Sirah (40%) with smaller amounts of Carignane, Barbera, Alicante-Bouschet and Early Burgundy,
and a tiny (less than .5%) of white grapes. 13.5% alcohol. 646 cases produced.
