ZINFANDEL
The bench land soils of Redwood Valley
produce magnificent Zinfandels. Ours
is a blend from five organic vineyards. Filled with tight blackberry and raspberry
fruit, this wine is aged on French Oak. Buen Provecho!
NATURALWHITE
A great everyday food wine. A blend of Butte
County Chenin Blanc and
Mendocino Chardonnay results in a medium-bodied wine with crisp acid and
melon and pear fruit. Perfect for a picnic or a soup and salad dinner. This
excellent wine is a pleasure to both purse and palate.

BIODYNAMIC
CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This Cab displays loads of complex fruit such as cherry,
currant and blackberry, enhanced by a moderate level of
acidity. The result is an elegant wine with a long, lingering
finish. Complements grilled meats or vegetables, and
chocolate cake.
ZINFANDEL
Fresh from our biodynamic home vineyard and fermented
with wild yeast, this definitive Zinfandel bursts with
intense raspberry and blackberry fruit that leads to a long
finish of cedar and cocoa. Serve with heirloom tomato
sauces for an Italian feast.
CHARDONNAY
Fermented on our vineyards’ natural wild yeast, this aromatic
wine shares scents of apricot and honeyed pears. A smooth
vanilla-oak finish pairs well with creamy sauces for pasta primavera
