CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This wine is pleasant to drink now, but it will only get better with age. The bouquet is loaded with fruit.
This is a bright wine with flavors of black cherries, herbs and plum. The smoky influence comes from just the right amount
of oak. The tannins are noticeably in balance. Compliments hearty stews, rich lasagnas, or try it with dark chocolate.
PINOT NOIR
Our very best seller! If you like fruit-forward wines with nuances of strawberries and cherries with a round
mouth-feel on the end, then you will love this wine. Soft tannins and delicate flavors.
SANGIOVESE
Our winemaker could only describe this wine as "YUM!" It is 100% Sangiovese, so you definitely get the true
essence of the grape. Enjoy this wine with any tomato-based food, i.e., pasta, cacciatore, marinated tomato salad. (This is
the grape that the Italians blend with other varietals to make their popular Chianti.)
ZINFANDEL
We poured this wine in San Francisco at the Fancy Food Show in January, 2005, and it was the wine that guests
came back for more time and time again. There’s a cinnamon spice flavor that jumps at you. Pair this well-balanced,
lower-alcohol Zinfandel with curry dishes, steaks, or lamb.
CHARDONNAY
This Chardonnay is made from 45-year-old Wente clone vines which yield smaller berries and shorter bunches.
Stainless steel fermentation leaves this wine clean, crisp and full on the finish. Imagine the enjoyment this wine will bring
to quench your thirst on a warm summer's day.
PINOT BLANC
A well balanced wine with crisp apple and melon flavors. We encourage you to try this with light appetizers,
fish or salads. Excellent wine with sushi and Asian cuisine. Take the time to hold it in your mouth so you can experience
the explosion of flavors.
