Jeriko Estate Brut

Jeriko Estate’s "Old River Block" Chardonnay is the mother of this outstanding blanc de blanc cuvee. America’s first & only sparkling made from certified organically grown grapes. This cuvee was produced method champenoise, being fermented & aged in neutral oak puncheons then set sur lees for 3 years prior to disgorging. Extremely limited production, this keenly crafted sparkling Brut is as unique as it is delicious; crisp & rich with compelling fruit wrapped around a gentle almond/yeast quality.

Jeriko Estate Chardonnay

This rich yet refreshingly crisp Chardonnay fruit is completed by a long & complex finish of creamy developed notes. The moderate pallet weight yet intense mouth-feel create a perfectly food-friendly Chardonnay. Intense lemon & tropical fruits dominate the nose, but hints at the softness of a partial MLF. A burst of crisp citric acid is balanced by pear & peach flavors, followed by similar lifted perfumed aromas. A long & intense finish of crisp Chardonnay fruit is beautifully balanced by creamy developed notes.

Jeriko Estate Merlot

Dark, ripe, lush & concentrated, with plush blackcurrant, earth & blackberry flavors. Round, ripe tannins linger with notes of cedar and vanilla. Concentrated dark fruit with definite notes of licorice, tobacco & leather. Blackberries & bakers chocolate are mostly prevalent with black currant & toasty caramel. Round ripe tannins, balanced acid & a little cedar finish out this intriguing Merlot.

Jeriko Estate Pinot Noir

This varietally correct Pinot Noir reflects the traditional Burgundian style of silky elegance balanced by depth & complexity. Intense raspberry, light cherry & black pepper spices are complemented by a toasted oak & vanilla bouquet. Moderate pallet weight with concentrated mouth coating flavors of raspberry & black cherry spice surrounded by a creamy vanillin structure. Soft tannins linger with intense raspberry spices & toasty oak components.

Jeriko Estate Rose

This vibrant yet dry wine demonstrates complexity, structure & depth with refreshing berry & citrus fruit flavors culminating in a long & robust finish. Exquisite aromas of strawberry & raspberry summer fruits with a hint of vanilla. Lively & intense flavors of tangy citrus, guava & ripe strawberries are exuberant & refreshing on the pallet. This deliciously invigorating rose has a spectacularly long yet balanced finish, combining crisp acidity with mouth-coating notes of tangerine vanilla cream.
